Customer Service Policies at Lounge Bunni Collective

 All Lounge Bunni Collective orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary based on location but typically take 3–7 business days (U.S.).

A: Yes bestie! You have 14 days from delivery to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. (No makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, odor, or scents please 🙅🏽‍♀️✨).   Returns must be approved before sending them back.   Our team will review your request and send you back the return instructions email, which includes our return shipping address, packaging guidelines, and next steps. Please wait for approval before sending items back — unapproved returns won’t be accepted. 

 We highly recommend using the trackable shipping service, because Lounge Bunni Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

 Orders begin processing quickly, so changes aren't guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake, and we’ll try to assist if possible. 

 A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s). We gladly offer exchanges or store credit via email on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. We do not do refunds. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 14 business days after receiving your items. 

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, underwear, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. Any items that arrive with stains, odors, or signs of wear will also not be accepted.

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

 For preference returns (wrong size, changed mind), store credit covers the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, Lounge Bunni Collective will cover shipping costs and issue credit for the full order amount (including shipping).
